Hi, How you doing? Hope everything is well. My name is Jay Patel from and I am coming to you from my home office in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Here I am with Plymouth Town & County’s Market Statistics of August 2018. In the month of August 2018, 1006 homes were listed for sale and we had sold 864 homes. Average sale price were $447k and average days on the market before going under contract was only 35 days. Right now we have 2,042 homes for sale and that is a little over 2 months’ worth of inventory. If we compare to last year August 2017, we had listed 192 less homes for sale & we had sold 13 less homes but an average days on the market has gone down by 7 days and average sales prices are up only 7%. This report is for only Plymouth County and up to 4 family homes.

Now let’s check stats of Plymouth town. In the month of August 2018 we had listed 155 homes for sale and we had sold 131 homes. An average sales price was $420K and average days on the market before going under contract was 46 days. Right now we have 366 homes for sale in Plymouth, which is a little less than 3 months’ worth of supply. If we compare this to last year August 2017, we had listed 9 more homes for sale and we had sold 8 more homes. The average days on the market has gone down by 20 days and average sales price is up 16.7%. This report is for Plymouth town only and is up to 4 family homes, as well.
